I happen to come across it on Pinterest and thought I’d give it a review because everyone MUST try this recipe! This ice cream cake is not only delicious, it melts in your mouth. It’s also so easy to do, you’ll be happy I told you so! \u00a0I used vanilla ice cream sandwiches and cool whip mixed with crushed Oreo cookies in between each layer.
