The first step begins with a consultation. Here we will discuss the details of your event to help set the tone for what you envision. Whether you already have ideas flowing or you need a little assistance, Dolldine Designs will work with you to generate something spectacular! To create your inspiration, color swatches, favorite patterns or décor ideas can be used. We will discuss all the details... the design and style you envision, colors, embellishments, wording, print styles, paper texture... The options are endless. Based on your requirements, a quote will be prepared.
Once your requirements are agreed upon, a 50% deposit will be collected along with a signed preliminary contract. An electronic design will be created and once received, feedback can be given if necessary to revise or add new ideas (with up to 2 revisions at no charge). Any information such as wording and specific images you prefer should be given to Dolldine Designs. An actual invitation suite will then be created for approval. It is your event and Dolldine Designs ensures your complete satisfaction.
Prior to placing your order, a contract will be sent for your final approval. Here you will find your order summary with the total cost and time schedule for your project. The remaining balance will be due at this time along with final proofs. Everything must be edited and checked for errors to ensure there are no inaccuracies as Dolldine Designs is not responsible once approved. Production will begin after the final proof and contract have been signed off and then the anticipation begins as your invitations await completion.
